From the outside, the years’ worth of decisions that go into creating and raising a racehorse can appear chaotic and somewhat random, with nothing but luck or money separating the winners from the losers. From stallion selections and mare care to nutrition and sales prep, and on to the racetrack, each decision made about the horses at BTE Stables is aimed at giving them the best possible foundation for long-term success.

BTE Stables provides dedicated, individualized programs for every horse in our care. Our philosophy focuses on allowing horses to grow and develop naturally, incorporating ample turnout time and socialization with customized feed regimens and individualized attention. This hands-on approach establishes a solid foundation for success in the sales ring and on the racetrack.
